Recording Phone Calls

Using our phone recording service

1. Call 0871 900 9000 for landlines or 0911 211 9000 for mobiles (Calls to our 09 number cost 20p per minute inc VAT)

2. You will be given a PIN, (keep this number safe)

3. Dial the number you would like to call

4. When finished hang up

5. Login to the control panel using your telephone number and PIN

6. Download your recording to your computer or play it in your browser

Your recording (file formats)

Once logged into the control panel, you will be able to download your recording in three formats:

	1. WAV - This file extension is an Audio for Windows sound file (Usually the largest in size, but best quality)
	2. MP3 - This file extension is a compressed sound file (it will play on most computers)
	3. OGG - This file extension is an open format (usually smallest in size)

Call recording costs

Calls to 0871 900 9000 are charged at 10ppm inc VAT from your BT phone without any discounts. Calls from mobiles may be charged more.
